A complete training package is available for a.k.a.® users to maximize their understanding of a.k.a.® capabilities. a.k.a.® courses combine instruction on records management best practice through the use of a.k.a.® software. a.k.a.® training makes extensive reference to the DIRKS methodology advocated in the Standard for Records Management ISO 15489.
