File Plan reports now include controlled lists linked to case file terms.

A new terms report

This new report filters terms by term type. Users can select term type, then add scope notes, metadata and or relationships as required.

More useability features

And lastly there are a host of new useability features.

The All Items selector bar now delivers Records Classification and Disposition from the same tool bar.

We've built more search options in to assist with editing and compilation. Searches can be narrowed to any item within the database:term types, records classes, sources/citations, stakeholders, and recordkeeping requirements.
