    a.k.a.® fully supports the development of retention schedules in accordance with ISO 15489 methodologies including DIRKS:

  • Linking of retention classes to the Business Classification Scheme(function and activities).

    a.k.a.® comes with a range of HTML templates with which you can customize to the look, feel and functionality of your online retention schedule.


    Search facilities

    Search facilities within a.k.a.® enables compilers to quickly search across the entire database. a.k.a.® provides:

    a.k.a.® delivers a comprehensive range of reports. Inbuilt reports can be customized to meet users requirements, previewed onscreen, and published into a range of formats including PDF, RTF, Text and HTML.

    The XML report generator uses XSL style sheets and publishes directly into MS Word, supporting user customization. Synercon also provides a customization service to develop report templates.


    Database security

    All a.k.a.® databases are password protection enabled.
