level of knowledge and experience in using a.k.a.®.
They are all domain experts in records management with considerable experience in
the development of records classification schemes and disposition schedules.
a.k.a.® accreditation is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated proficiency
through a rigorous assessment process. Trainers have to renew their accreditation
every 2 years. Synercon does not accredit companies.
Our accredited trainers are available to deliver scheduled and onsite training.
